Wesley is a 9 month old male Chocolate Lab at the Gander SPCA who was rescued by some very kind people after he had been spotted in a pond trying to stay above the water. When he was taken ashore it was discovered that someone had intentionally tried to drown him, as he had been weighed down with a heavy object. Charges are pending.Thursday, June 14, 2007
